Healthy One-dish Meal: Salad

This salad is made from different type of vegetables including:
  • salad
  • tomato
  • lettuce
  • carrot
I would replace this with the salad i ate on Day 1, because it included more different types of vegetable and more variety of nutrition. In this way, it will be more healthy as there is more dietary fibre and content.
